Takamine LLC provides software, digital products, services, and related offerings.
By purchasing from or working with Takamine LLC, you agree to these Terms and any applicable invoice, order form, statement of work, checkout description, written agreement, or other terms provided for the relevant offering.
If a separate written agreement signed by Takamine LLC conflicts with these Terms, the separate written agreement controls.
Products, services, access, and communications are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancellation and refund terms are as stated in the applicable invoice, order form, statement of work, checkout description, written agreement, or other terms provided for the relevant offering.
If no separate terms are stated, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Recurring charges may be cancelled by emailing contact@takaminellc.com, and cancellation will stop future charges.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
Takamine LLC collects information such as name, email address, company information, billing and transaction information, and communications as needed to operate its business, provide products or services, process payments, respond to inquiries, and meet legal obligations.
Takamine LLC may use third-party service providers to operate its business, including payment processors, hosting providers, communication tools, analytics tools, and business software providers.
Takamine LLC does not sell personal information.
